Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
We do not accept refunds or returns, as all items are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@atmosclo.com. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, even for pre-orders. Contact us at info@atmosclo.com to initiate this.
Refunds
We only issue refunds for defective or incorrect items. Once your returned item is received and approved, we’ll notify you and process your refund. It will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us.
